This incredible vintage Bill Blass sheer black silk skirt is beautifully beaded and has sparkling sequins throughout. The sequins are a silver and gold mix and they create just enough of a sophisticated shimmer. This beautiful designer skirt has a double layer of black sheer silk and there is a metal zipper down the center back seam with a hook and eye for closure.

We estimate this would best fit a modern size 2/4. The hips of this skirt are very narrow and fit more like a 2, and the waist would fit a size 4.
